Delete your account

If your version of Narc Detector supports accounts, you can request deletion of your account and associated data.

Delete inside the app

1. Open Narc Detector.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Account, then Delete Account.
4. Review the notice and confirm your request.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@narc-detector.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject “Account deletion request.” We may ask for limited information to verify ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted

Subject to lawful exceptions, we will delete or de-identify your account profile, server-stored reports and history associated with the account, and other personal information that is no longer necessary.

What may be retained

We may retain transaction, security, fraud-prevention, support, and legal records for the period required or permitted by law. Information already de-identified so it can no longer reasonably identify you may also be retained.

Apple subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel separately in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Narc Detector.
